How do I get started?
Install GoAlert from Google Play, add guardians from your phonebook, then activate the Shield before you travel. The full walkthrough is on the How It Works page, and common questions are answered on the FAQ page.
What are the honest limits?
GoAlert is GPS, network, and battery dependent: signals weaken indoors or underground, alerts need Internet on both sides, and nothing can be sent once the phone dies. GoAlert is a supplementary safety tool and is not a replacement for emergency services — in India call 112 (Police), 108 (Medical), or 1091 (Women Helpline). The privacy page is the source of truth for what data is collected and shared.
